What makes you happy?

Things that make me happy in no particular order:

snuggle with my wife on a cold night
the few moments between dark and dawn
the thrill of a spectacular lighting bolt
Listening to the secrets of the Oceans roar
Breathing in the moist smell of an early morning fog
The faint smell of burning leaves
The inner emotion when someone speaks to your heart with an "I Love You"
The awe inspireing pallet of color that God uses to create Sunrises and Rainbows
The feeling of a kitten nestled on your neck, humming a wordless song
The taste of a warm cookie fresh outta the oven and a glass of ice cold milk
The warm feeling in my heart, when I recieve an unexpected hug from my youngest stepdaughter
The amazement I feel standing alone in the first snowfall of the season
The smell of bacon frying about 5 minutes before the alarm goes off
the moans of pleasure from my wife as I rub her back after a stressful day
The feeling of insignificent as I stand under a clear night sky filled by infinite stars
knowing that it has been 15 years drug free
Knowing that the Lord is in my life and all Praise to him

breaking the first snowfall
crunchy footsteps in the dark
waking up and going straight outside int eh winter.. when uit's so cold yer nose hairs freeze..
crunching frozen puddles
climbing the rock walls where the icicles hang to dump dye down them..
midnight phone calls
when my nephew reaches out to me with his chubby lil fingers

delivery pizza with mega meat, green peppers, onions
extra butter micro popcorn
w/molly mcbutter sprinkled on it (must be in a bowl-not from the bag)
fresh cut grass
the sound an ultra-lite almost makes

the roaring of nature on a quiet stop in my woods
the crackle of a camp fire

the quiet inside your head when u are the only one in the pool and u sit on the bottom

the smell of woodsmoke

chocolates that come as a suprise!
emails from special people
cards from special people too!
pics that come from the heart
a little boys joy
a little girls small sweet voice
hearing I love you a million times a day and knowing its meant each time
my warm fuzzy eeyore socks
sunshine on a cool fall day
sitting in the barn in the sun..with Beau standing over me snoring softly into my hair..knowing he trusts me enough to sleep but also that he is watching over me in that horsey way.
the smell if hay in the barn knowing my horse will be taken care of for the winter
fresh sawdust and pine shavings in his stall
the smell of his neck..only a horselover could understand that

more..there is always more to add..

MY best girlfriends........who i may not get to talk with everyday but i know they are out there safe and well..
getting phone time with amy,fi and ali when they have time to!

the smell of my apartment on a sunday night after my housework is done....mmmmmmmmmm

getting into a taxi and having an interesting conversation with the driver

the scent of banyan tree incense
